Match Incident ReportPrintable

If something unusual occurs at a Match and you want to bring it to the attention of the League, please complete a Match Incident Report. You can report on field conditions, refereeing, coach/player/spectator behavior, scheduling anomalies, etc.

Note: This report is only for matches hosted by Redwood League affiliated teams. For away matches outside of the Redwood League you need to contact the appropriate Playing League.

Incident Reports must be associated with a Match. You will need to know the Match Number. You can get the Match Number from Information:Matches

  • Click on the 'Add a new entry?' add icon

League Follow up

Incident Reports are NOT confidential. The League may or may not not respond directly to you.
However, in order to respond, your email address must be accurate and in the database. Check Services:Profile and update if necessary.

The League may followup on your Incident. The League may pass along your concern to the Club/League involved, the Referee Assignor or the individuals involved.
