Password Management - How to change my Password?

The Webmaster CANNOT look up your password. Passwords are stored encrypted.

Changing your Password

You have to be logged on to the site.

Go to Services:Profile

1. Under the Password Tab, enter your current Password

2. Enter your new Password

3. Enter your new Password a second time at 'Confirmation'

4. Click on the 'Update' button. Do not click on the 'Set Random' button.

Passwords are Case Sensitive. This means that upper and lower case letters are different.

Reset Questions

Go to the Questions Tab under Services:Profile.
These questions allow the Site to reissue you a password in the event that you forget your password to www.redwoodsoccer.org .
You must answer at least 6 of the questions.

Password Reset

If you have forgotten your Password, and you have previously answered questions, you can Click on Password Reset from the LOGON page.
A new password link will be emailed to your primary email address.
