How to Coordintate GotSoccer and Demosphere to Redwood and Redwood to Pensra Routine Checking by Schedulers
Logon to RedwoodSoccer.org once a week - say on Tuesday....
GotSoccer-Load & Demosphere-Load
These pages look for matches at GotSoccer or Demosphere that should be in the Redwood database and are either not in the Redwood database or different in the Redwood database.

Go to Scheduler:GotSoccer(Demosphere)-Load . Enter the next two weeks into the date range. Select your Club. Select an Event. Set the Display pulldown to Add+Update+Warning. Click Show. Deal with any matches that appear with an icon in the Action column.
Repeat for other Events..
GotSoccer-Check & Demosphere-Check
This looks for matches that are in Redwood, and should be in GotSoccer (Demosphere). Finds those matches that are no longer in GotSoccer (Demosphere).
Go to Scheduler:GotSoccer(Demosphere)-Check. Select the next two weeks into the date range. (You can enter today and +2 weeks.) Select the Event. Click Show. Deal with any matches that have the Warning icon in the Action column.

Tools-Check Pensra
This looks for matches that are in Redwood and are not the same or missing in Pensra.
Go to Scheduler:Tools-Check Pensra. Fill in a date range and fragment of your Club Name.. Set Results?=Failures. Click Show. Deal with any matches that appear. You may need to go to each Match and click Update. Matches in Redwood are moved to Pensra (or checked against Pensra) when they are updated in Redwood. |
